WOLVER Gleitbahnöl W 220 are mixtures of high-quality mineral oil raffinates and special ash-free additives which prevent stick-slip effects.

Furthermore, the oils are characterized by an excellent water separation ability, very good ageing stability and outstanding corrosion protection as well as improved load-carrying capacity.

Application

Excellent suitability for the lubrication of horizontal and vertical slide-ways and guideways in machine tools and other machinery, also suited for plastic-coated slideways
Fulfill easily the requirements on the hydraulic oils according to DIN 51524-2 (HLP) and on gear oils according to DIN 51517-3 (CLP)

WOLVER Gleitbahnöl W 220 is particularly suitable for horizontal guideways with medium load conditions (i.e. in slideways and guide-ways of milling, turning and drilling machines, long-block leveller, circular and surface grinding machines). Also suitable as ash-free hy-draulic oil.

Disposal

WOLVER Gleitbahnöl W 220 is assigned to category 2 of used oils and thus is free for disposal.

Miscibility

WOLVER Gleitbahnöl W 220 Compressor Oil of VG range is well-tolerated with comparable lubrications and thus can be mixed. However, it is recommendable to use only WOLVER Gleitbahnöl W 220 compressor oil of VG-range when refilling.
